We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator!

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to work amongst our team of dynamic professionals and build upon our continued success. As the Johnson Consulting Marketing Coordinator, you will participate in all stages of the procurement process, from strategy to proposal preparation to interviews. You will also support the coordination and implementation of marketing communication projects, including eblasts and social media posts. The successful candidate will have significant graphic design ability and excellent organization and project management skills.


Marketing and Proposal Coordination

  • Create customized, high quality proposals for RFP responses and shortlist presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint

  • Coordinate responses to requests for proposals (RFP), qualifications (RFQ) and interest statements

  • Help with the preparation, production and delivery of proposals

  • Assist in preparation and rehearsal of prospective client interviews and presentations

  • Manage conference preparations, including registrations and shipping of materials

Graphic Design and Marketing Communications

  • Design and/or update collateral marketing materials (print and digital)

  • Design, prepare, organize and maintain qualifications statements, proposal text, project descriptions and resumes that reflect firm strengths and client benefits

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining social media profiles

  • Help develop graphics for project reports

Business Development Support

  • Research / fact-find information about leads and prospective clients

  • Coordinate company participation at professional association conferences and trade shows

  • Support the creation of industry white papers and newsletters

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related field

  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Technologically savvy

  • 1 or more years of related experience, preferably in a professional services field

  • Excellent written communication skills and strong organizational skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and subconsultants, and to communicate effectively with prospective clients and their representatives

  • Entrepreneurial minded individual with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
