PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Johnson Consulting was retained by Hammes Company Sports Development to perform a benchmarking study and market assessment analysis for the proposed Athletic Performance and Research Center (APRC) at Marquette University. Our analysis also included potential future ancillary uses such as a conference center, incubator space, lodging, and supporting food service elements to be located on the campus of Marquette University.
Our procedures tested prior analyses, benchmarked the situation at Marquette University to other collegiate projects, and provided independent analysis and opinions on the achievability of results. The recommended facility program included the following:
